I haven't purchased powdered milk in ages, but I was looking for ways to add protein to keto snacks, and I remembered the handy healthy snacks I used to make for my little ones, with peanut butter, honey, powdered milk and grains such as instant oatmeal, 40 years ago.I recognized this organic milk brand logo in my search for powdered milk, and found it is pleasantly mild tasting, and has made a a great protein addition to the 'keto-ish' low carb snacks I have made for myself and hubby.I am using a little date syrup, or honey, or maple syrup in my mixture of peanut butter, powdered milk, ground pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax meal, and or hemp meal.I have also added some almond meal.The goal is to add dry ingredients till the balls stick together, and are no longer sticky.If we were diabetic and very carb conscious by necessity, I might use an allulose 'maple' syrup, and only almond meal or other ground nut meal.Simple to make, tasty, satisfying, and nutritious is my snacking goal for us, and low carb keeps our blood sugar going in a good direction.AND we buy organic in everything we can! If I could have found 'grass fed' organic powdered milk, I would have purchased it, but this brand isfamiliar, accessible and good quality, and I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Love this. Taste exactly like the liquid version. Used to get this from Costco, but they no longer have it in the warehouse. Glad I found this again on Amazon.

It’s the best dry milk and most natural healthy ones I have tried. I’m now have it on subscription so I won’t run out. Most convenient and healthy way of having real milk.

I use this dry milk instead of coffee creamer. It's wonderful. Since it's whole milk, it is so much creamier than non-fat. I am trying to eat healthier and don't use bottled creamer any more. Youmight want to use some stevia or monk fruit for sweetness. Also it's organic.

I usually use it to make breakfast, it tastes good and has a rich milky flavor.

I bought this because I have used Milk from Grocery Store. It TASTES horrible and smells even worse... I can only describe it as: A wet cardboard, grassey smell..Cannot drink or use in my coffee.... Any other complaints?

Good for baking and make drinks. Be careful when open powder went everywhere lol
