empathy is 100% my favourite kpop album ever so I was really excited to get this !! It was my first time buying off this seller so I was worried a bit about the condition etc but I’m extremely happy with it. Would really recommend getting if you’re an NCT fan, the photobook is really thick (a whole 180 pages,, SM really treating us) and the paper feels really high quality. There were no dents or anything on the album at all, which i guess is quite rare considering it’s a boxed album! Also usually if there’s a sticker on an album it peels a little bit due to the travel, but the sticker on the front hasn’t peeled at all. I got a Kun photocard and Kun’s reality diary!

Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition! I got the dream version which is by far my favourite version so I’m over the moon. Empathy is my favourite NCT album too so I’m incredibly happy to finally have it physically :)Getting extra free photocards is always really nice too so thanks for that

Album arrived early and in perfect condition! I got Yuta’s photocard and somehow I got 2 Chenle diaries in my album (must’ve been accidentally included by the manufacturer) which is even better! :)

Love this. So much in the package. Great songs on the album. We just dancin'............

Came with all the inclusions and was on time. The only down-side was that I had to pay custom fees (UK).This is one of my favourite albums I own and the photobook is so beautiful!

I received everything that was promised including the mirror (even though the image is not recent bc it’s not NCT 2018 lol)I’d recommend!
