A game changer
Excellent pump! I’ve been freed from my spectra pump! I’ve been using this pump exclusively for a month, 4-5 sessions per day. The cups fit well into my bra, they are not overly large, pretty quiet and lightweight. ( I’ve used the willow pumps in the past and they are huge, heavy and loud. And inconsistent, the parts are finicky resulting in variable suction/function.) The amount of milk expressed is more than i anticipated (when comparing to my spectra pump). Yes, my pumping session are 30-40 minutes but its worth it if you can multitask.I can feed my 3 month old a bottle and hold her while using this pump. I can pick up and play with my 20 month old while pumping as well. I’ve only experienced leaking once and that was when i was bending over picking up toys. This product has truly been a game changer and will definitely help me to pump longer!

CANT BUY REPLACEMENT PARTS!
DO NOT BUY THIS WITHOUT CHECKING IF THEYRE SELLING REPLACEMENT PARTS YET!!!!I wish I knew when I bought it. This is a great pump and I really liked it as a comfortable wearable when I needed to be more mobile. BUT I’m just furious that I spent so much money on this and I can’t buy any replacement parts due to normal wear and tear. This thing launched in October 2024 and they still don’t sell silicone parts separately (which break down from frequent use and should be switched out every few months to keep up good suction!) I saw on some pumping message boards that you apparently have to go through hoops and send chats to their customer service bot about damaged parts (and include pictures) and then they might send you replacement parts. I tried that and just got the runaround everyone else did. They wouldn’t say when they would sell replacement parts (which blows my mind they didn’t factor this into their launch) I’ve just been using it maybe once a day or every other day to conserve parts, and the output is noticeably less, so now it’s going to be a $270 paperweight.

Great wearable
I love this pump. It is kind of large if you already have a bigger chest it may be hard to use in your bra. I have had no issues with leaking and the suction is good. My only complaint is that the device and app do not remember my stimulation and expression levels from my previous pumps. So if I’m not paying attention when it auto switches to expression the suction is too much and it’s painful.

Easy and Effective!
I love this pump because it's very lightweight in my bra and very discreet! You can barely hear any sound from the pump and it's easy to put on and take off. There aren't that many parts to wash each time too, so that makes pumping easy when not at home! I also get the same amount of milk output with this pump as I do with my Spectra! It took a little while (maybe 2 weeks) for my body to adapt to the pump and produce the same amount of milk as my Spectra. Honestly, this is my preferred pump throughout the day! I'm thinking of buying a second one to make cleaning easier and less frequent throughout the day:)

The best pump!
This pump was hands down the best . It was better than my hospital pump . I unfortunately didn’t get to use it for very long and ended up giving it to a mama in need . Such a good pump!

Great for on the go pumping but not leak proof
I love the pump but giving three starts only for the following reason (I have two of those and have been using them for 5months):Leaking cups- 2 of the 3 cups I have between my two pumps leak either from the seam where the two cup parts click together or the hole that is there to empty them.No spare parts offered yet by manufacturers to purchase. It’s advertise to last five pumps. I can get two at best as I make substantial amount of milk.Even without inserts, the 28mm max is not big enough for busty people. I manage but a 36mm opening would be much more comfortable option. I have found that adding nipple cream for lubrication helps with the discomfort during suction.Rubber on the buttons panel is so soft, it eventually will rip. Doesn’t affect functionality but it wears off and it yellows over time.Pros: you can pump on the go anytime, anywhere as long as you are propped up sitting to avoid leaks. It’s quiet compared to others but have reasonable expectations that it has to make noise for the suction to work. It’s also very discreet- you can have it under your clothes and it will not be visible.I still love the freedom this pump provides compared to manual or plug in pumps and it’s such improvement from the options available years ago but as someone spending over 4 hours pumping a day, there can be slight improvements and additional considerations for busty moms.

WARNING!!
The pump itself is 10/10. Much better suction than the original Elvie Stride, in my opinion. The cups are also very comfortable, virtually leak-proof, and have a good pour. However, this pump was released in October 2024 and there are still no replacement parts available. The customer service is a joke. After complaining for days they finally agreed to send me replacement parts. This was 2 weeks ago, and the parts still aren’t shipped. When I asked again, I was told that my issue would be escalated up the command chain. What!? Don’t make promises you can’t keep. You would expect better customer service from a luxury brand. I would give zero stars if I could. I honesty wish I would have spent my money on a different pump.
