Has been a solid performer. Mapping was easy, comfortable noise level. Cleans well and mops very well. A year in and happy still. Truly a good value. Note that even though this self emptying if you don’t blow out or change filters your vacuuming will suffer.

I love this mop and vacuum robot. It is quieter than the competitor and gets the floors clean. I like that I can control it with my phone app and can program the days that I have it cleaned the floors. It is easy to fill and empty and does not use too much soap. It maps the floor pretty well and doesn’t get stuck very often under the furniture.

Does it cleen o yes it cleans and it gets under some things that is great. setup was very easy and everything that's on the dreame s10 pro works with this one as I bought mom that one not the mop part only. Make sure you turn on all lights so it can see for the first time as it did miss a area and reset it did it again and it found everything. I moved all trash cans ottoman so it will clean there and when it's there it goes around it. It does not like dog toys and my dog alway have one or more out. So I do bathroom bedrooms hallways in the early morning and living areas and kitchen in the afternoon when I am home. It functions very well over carpets and I now know every where it can not get to and use my hand vac for those areas. When it is on carpet you will hear it as it kicks up the noise level so that is why I bypass carpet in master bedroom and I don't hear it but dog does. I bought it after black friday but still on sale and it's a steel for that price. I'm a contractor and I cant believe how much I talked about a silly little R2D2 vacuum but it works and works very good

Love the robot overall, app is super friendly and easy to navigate. Mapping was pretty quick and automatically refreshes when needed. Only issue is that the s10 has trouble docking correctly 100% of the time. 5/10 success rate.

The MOVA S10 has been a game changer! The suction is super strong — it picks up all the pet hair and dust with no problem. I love how it runs for hours and automatically goes back to charge. The app and voice control make it so easy to use, and it transitions perfectly between my hardwood floors and rugs. Totally worth it!

I've owned 5 other robot vacuums over the years, so I am not new to own to set them up and operate them. This vacuum caused problem right from the start. The voice commands within the unit did not work, thus setting it up was nearly impossible because you don't get the voice commands letting you know how the setup process is going and if you are hooked up to your internet. Frustrating! Once I figured a work around, I mapped my home and then set up the rooms by splitting them and setting up zones - all this went as expected. Another problem with voice commands not working, is you have no idea if the vacuum docked, is charging or other function unless you open the app and check visually. Frustrating. I contacted support via phone 3 times, each time I got someone who's English was not easy to understand. So I decided to email them. I guess they have a hard time understanding written English because their respond was clearly not what I was telling them. I was spending WAY too much time trying to tell them the problems of the vacuum. They wanted me to take photos and to show them a problem... How are you suppose to take a photo of a voice? Frustrating. I am sending it back because the vacuum is not working as it should + customer service is highly questionable, which made me realize that down the road it would be non existent.

This is a cheap version of a robo vacuum that does the job. I have purchased the more expensive higher quality versions, not going to say which one, but it failed weeks after the warranty was up. Both times. So if it's going to fail I might as well get the cheapest version. With this one I need to make sure I pre clean up the floor of objects that might cause it to get stuck. The other one I could run automatically on a schedule and not care about what the dog Left behind or what the kids left. It would always avoid those objects. This one I needed to do a little more upfront work but my kids moved out anyway so it's better for the money.

Llegó incompleto, sin embargo la puse a funcionar y quitó manchas pegadas de varios días como si se hubiera trapeado a mano, es muy silenciosa y se lava solo la ropa. La aplicación no tiene modos manuales para aspirar y después trapear.....siempre lo hace al mismo tiempo. Le puse 3 estrellas inicialmente a ver si me responden rápidamente de servicio a cliente. Pidiera bajar o subir la calificación más tarde. Lo faltante fue: 1. Cepillo de lado (venía sin algo tan esencial como el cepillo para barrer orillas) 2. Venía solo con las dos copas, la caja de accesorios dice que venía con 2 adicionales (4 totales) 3. INSTRUCTIVO!!!! Fue fácil de hacer el set up, pero no venía impreso. Edit: Contacté a fabricante, me tiraron la bolita con le vendedor de Amazon. Lo contacté y su respuesta fué rápida y me envían las piezas faltantes, que aunque son menores, debieron haber venido en la caja. Era producto nuevo, con caja sellada, seguro venía así de fábrica

Sleek design and can be tucked in under our nightstand, which saves so much space. The quick mapping process was easy, accurate and smooth process. The Dreame app is easy to use. This makes cleaning a breeze especially underneath beds and other furniture. Hair does not get entangled in the brush. The mop pad is washable and the water tank capacity is more than sufficient for cleaning one floor in our 1700 sqft home. The robot is also smart in detecting carpet and automatically lifts the mop and adjusts suction. Not advisable to use in smaller bath rugs as they move when robot goes through them. Overall, this product is excellent and impressive for this price range. May 2025 update: Purchased another one for another floor level in my home. This has the best suction power and multiple features for this price range. I love the carpet adaptation and carpet boost features, keeping the white carpet always tidy. The vacuum can get stuck in certain areas and you can set those as "no-go" zones. The only concern I have is having multiple devices in the app. When I added the new device, it deleted the previous one. I searched and found that you could only link one device per account, but you can use the device sharing to be able to access both. Could have been made more user-friendly in that aspect, but not everyone has multiple devices and there is a workaround so it's alright. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this product!

Hace todo bien. Aspira y trapea excelente. Dude en comprar este o el Pro Ultra, y me decidí por este por el precio. Compre uno para la planta de abajo y otro para la planta de arriba. Lo pongo a aspirar un día y a trapear otro. La verdad hace todo lo que necesito. Hay más caros que pueden hacer otras funciones, pero dudo mucho que la mayoría las necesita. I've used/tested many robot vacuums <$500 over the past 5 years, including the latest releases from other companies such as Roborock and Dreame and thoroughly watched reviews of other robots online.1) Has incredible obstacle detection for the price - cleans very close to the obstacle and rarely bumps into things. 2) Quiet - significantly more quiet than other robots. 3) Seamless experience from connecting the robot to app, app stability, and features such as cleaning along the floor direction. This robot also comes with many more advanced features that have typically been only in premium devices, such as carpet detection and pressure/vibration mopping. In addition, the customer service directly with the seller was also very positive. The first unit I received was a defective one, but the team helped me promptly and with flexibility and I was able to have a fully functioning one.
