Siless80 mil (2mm) 36 sqft (3.4 sqm) Car Sound Deadening mat - Butyl Automotive Sound Deadener - Noise Insulation and Vibration Dampening Material (36 sqft)

Bought 2 cases of this to use on the floor of my chevy express. 80 mil is pretty thin so I would suggest the 3 in 1 200mil that siless makes if its the only layer you’re going to be putting down. Since I have a 1/2” mat going over my floor layer, I felt this 80mill was enough.This stuff goes on great.. get a couple rollers though of various sizes. Can’t really comment on the noise/heat reduction since I stripped down a passenger version chevy express and made it into a cargo version and added this siless stuff all over. I only drove it once fully stripped down and I do feel after driving it with the siless and the rubber mat down it did quiet things down. It’s just hard to give an answer on how much it made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this stuff

So far i've applied this material to all four doors and the back wall of my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I've noticed a difference in sound bleed, but if you get in a newer, fancier car like my girlfriend's 2024 Hyundai Sonata, it makes this sound deadening material seem useless. But then again, the Tacoma is a noisy vehicle. Idk. I put so much blood and sweat into applying this in my truck that i'm going to say it was worth it.

I bought 36sqft for my Jeep comanche and so far I've only used half the box. I have done 80% of the cab and can honestly say it's made a give difference already. It's a decent thickness and is easy to manipulate and apply. Haven't gotten a chance to see how it does for vibration and heat reduction but as far as sound it's made a massive difference.

Awesome material for the price, very sticky, no issues with bubbles or rips. I can hear a big difference just by shutting the door itself. We used it inside all four doors and around the new speakers in my sons 2020 Elevation CrewCab. We just took pictures, rolled it on and cut out every bolt, grommet and screw locations.

My sunroof leaked and ruined the OEM sound deadening material. I decided to try this product, and it was easy to cut and install. After driving around 500 miles since the install, I can confidently say it performs even better than the original VW sound deadening. Great upgrade!

Installed this soundproofing in my car and it made a huge difference, especially when the bass is turned up. It helped cut down on the rattles and made everything sound tighter and more solid. Easy to work with, sticks well, and definitely worth it if you’re running a sub or upgraded sound system. Now I can bump without the panels buzzing—total upgrade!

Easy to install, would pry go up in size next time, still a little loud but it’s 2mm doing its best. I also only put it in my trunk and it’s not in 100% as I discovered a leak.
