These are sprouting reliably and lovely, taste nice and clean (some of the sunflower sprout seeds have a musty flavor); love the up-front nuttiness and the near-brassica finish, and you just can't beat sunflower sprouts for the texture.Fun bonus: Some of the stalks and earth from sprouting (I press-pack and dirt-sprout sunflowers) are continuing to grow in the top of the compost heap. I may pull them out and sprinkle them around to see if they recover enough from losing their cotyls to actually make sunflowers.

These taste great. You must follow directions about watering and watch for mold. Not as easy as radish sprouts but worth it for the flavor. Better than store bought!

These are sooo good!! Addicting like snap peas

I really wanted sunflower microgreens, that is why I bought these seeds. I grow my microgreens on coconut coir. I tried several ways to sprout them: plant directly, soak for 12 hours, and soak for 24 hours. The results were the same. I got very few sprouts. Finally I tried using a sprouting jar. The picture was taken after 72 hours in the sprouting jar. There is only one conclusion. These seeds do not sprout!

I tried to grow these three times now. While a few of them started to sprout, most started to rot, stink and attract fungus gnats. I used the same trays that I have used for other microgreens, but I am having no luck with these.

Soaked these then planted in soil to grow sunflower microgreens. Tastes delicious and grew in 10 days!

Amazing seeds! I use a slightly different method of sprouting that I have used for years & these speeds performed beyond my expectations. Every seed sprouted & by the second or third day I planted them in soil resulting in beautiful, strong sprouts. I'm delighted.

Haven't mastered how to grow these like I buy them in the health food store.Need to do a little research. Would probably grow better in dirt tray than in my sprouter.

The only difference I found between these and the dollar sore birdfeed is the cleanliness of the seeds. I understand the massive difference between non-gmo organic, and commercial animal food and appreciate the choice but the end result if very similar. Generally speaking though, seeds from this company are great and give excellent results.

I find that these seeds are a little small, and they do not sprout as quickly as I thought.
