Finally, something that works
This is the only serum I’ve used that hasn’t caused any additional issues! It’s lightweight and actually keeps my scalp feeling and looking hydrated, which is a relief. Other products I’ve tried are just too oily and don’t address the irritation, scaling or dryness. This serum is gentle, with no alcohol or harsh ingredients that usually irritate my scalp. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews for it! My only two concerns are the small amount you get for the price (though I understand the higher cost due to the quality), and the subtle scent when I apply it. It’s not unpleasant, and I don’t think anyone else would even notice, but it’s just a bit different.

Good concept
The bottle arrived as described, in an elegant glass bottle that looks like out of a high end english boutique. The product itself is made in Turkey, which might be a good thing since this is a mix of a long list of vegetable oils. When applied, it has the consistency of olive oil and it smells like a old olive oil (a bit rancid at first, but no significant smell after a few minutes).Oils on the scalp are known to help hair follicles, so the idea is that this promotes better blood circulation on these hair follicles. It's a solid concept, and different major brands are now offering similarly formulated products. So this might work for people given enough time. I've used a few times and I felt some tingle sensation at first which should be good. This is meant to be applied at least 30 minutes before washing the hair, twice a week, and it washes off during a shower. So yes, it can work, over time, but it does smell like old olive oil, which it's what it is more or less.

Great oil!
This oil is fantastic for a dry scalp! I haven't been using it as much because it's summer, but when I do I love it.It has a very mild oil smell, like a light olive oil or vegetable oil. It's definitely not overpowering or annoying at all. I can personally only smell it when I smell the bottle directly.I have fine hair so I don't use it during the day, I use it at night or in the morning before I wash my hair. It's too heavy for me to wear during the day, but if your hair is thicker or more textured, you can use it whenever.I love it and it's going to be so nice in the wintertime when my scalp is dry!

Not sure about this oil
I ordered this oil a while ago and waited to use it for some time firs before writing a review but I haven't seen any results. It does leave a bit of an oily residue on your scalp so be prepared for that. But considering how much time has passed by, I am compelled to say it doesn't really work, or maybe that's just my body's chemistry but my hair seems to be in worse condition and actually shedding even more -- but that could also be due to postpartum hormones even though I'm 10 months postpartum. I'm not sure I would recommend.

Smell is very offputting, way too greasy, did not like
I know this is an oil, clearly labeled as such but I simply don't like how oily it is. It feels way too greasy, does not absorb into my scalp at all (which other products normally do since I have chronically dry skin) and just kind of sits there. I acknowledge this is intentional and you're supposed to wash it out after half an hour or so, but I dislike the way it feels. Then there's the scent - it just smells rancid to me, very unpleasant and puts me off using it at all. Hopefully I was just unlucky in that it was shipped during a heatwave and it didn't survive the transit in a hot van and I hope it works well for those that don't mind the viscocity and feel.

Not overly fragrant (which is good), tingles just a tiny bit
This product is going to take time to truly assess so this review makes some initial notes and I'll have to come back to update it after a month or more. I picked up this product because I've had issues with scalp itching and some hair loss due to aging and related hormonal effects. The scalp itching, I believe, is a simple result of winter in the PNW where the heat is running and the humidity is low and then you're washing/drying your hair. I wanted to address that problem and if I get additional benefits, great. I used the dropper to apply this oil before bed... the pleasant tingling was a surprise. It could have been because my scalp skin was a bit irritated. It was very mild, I actually liked it. I didn't get a lot of fragrance from the product which I prefer. I don't mind subtle fragrance but I'm sensitive to strong ones. My scalp did not itch overnight and today it feels much better. I had used some other oils that were less targeted perhaps to this problem and really didn't feel like they did much. So far I'm happy with this product. We'll see if there is any perceptible hair regrowth.

Fantastic for the scalp
This is my go-to oil if my scalp has been feeling dry. I apply it about an hour before washing my hair, and it really makes a difference in my scalp. I like that it moisturizes my scalp without leaving my hair feeling greasy. The oil is very thin, and I like that it doesn't have much of a scent. The packaging says to massage 9-10 "pumps" of oil into the scalp and then rinse after 40 minutes. The bottle doesn't have a pump. I suspect it means to say 9-10 drops of oil; otherwise this bottle wouldn't last long. Regardless I use about 10 drops of oil on my scalp, and I love the results I've gotten. I don't use this oil with every washing. I only use it if my scalp is getting dry. It's fantastic for spot treating as well!
