I’m between a size small and a medium so I got the medium and it fits me perfectly. It’s tight but not too tight and it’s comfortable. So far I love it!! The support for my back is amazing. It’s also breathable so I don’t feel suffocated wearing it

Ultimately I returned this because it didn't compress in a way I needed, but it's made well. I followed the size chart, but I could wear it at the innermost hook as soon as I put it on. Definitely needed to size down for more compression. Other than that, it was comfortable. I could see a situation in which the armpit area would get irritated depending on what bra you wore under it. You do need a bra if you have a larger chest. That is, unless you're ok with your nips being noticeable, you want to wear a bra underneath.

The best waist trainer I’ve used! The only issue is the small gold details that hold the top to the straps are very fragile. If you pull too hard they will snap!

It’s comfortable however I feel like it’s not snatching enough. I’m usually a size medium in shape wear and I got a small in this one as in my medium I’m already on the last hook and with this one I went straight to the last hook as well. It stretches out wayyyyy too much and not true to size at all. The built in bra is nice tho but other than that I don’t think it does its job like it’s supposed to.

The part for the straps inside are ripping. The company should’ve used a different material like they did for the straps that go over your shoulder. That’s my only complaint . The waist trainer is perfect and I see why it’s pricey but worth it ! The material for the zippers and clips are hard heavy gold I love that, and the inner straps helps with fast zipping up. However the straps for the inner clips should be replaced with a non-ripping material!
