Solid product. Great keyboard. Awesome customer service
This was a great purchase. I've had it over a month use it everyday probably 2 and 1/2 3 hours. Of it being active and for the most part of that time being used. It is a solid item. It's got good weight to it doesn't feel cheap one of the things that somebody mentioned is that the keys have a nice feel and sound to them. As far as the sound there isn't much of one you can hear yourself typing but it's not a clankity sound. There's no resistance in the keys the light up feature is nice it holds my tablet and phone or two tablets standing landscape perfectly although if you do a lot of copying pasting or pushing up on the screen, it will loosen and want to fall out. But if the groove that it sits in was any deeper it would get in the way. The angle at which it sits for me could have been a little less but it's probably the proper angle for your common desk size and height and the way you're actually supposed to sit. Switching between Bluetooth is easy. Again I'll mention the charge, it arrived with battery half-charged probably I used it for about 20 minutes to make sure I liked it charged it up and I just charged it last night so that's about a month and a half of use before the light on the keyboard started blinking. The one thing I do wish it had were feet to allow it to raise up in the back. But having those could cause complications with the tablet holder. There is also a USB port adapter thingy that that is nestled into the back or bottom of the keyboard so if you don't want to use Bluetooth, you have that option. I will admit there is one key on the keyboard that doesn't act like the rest when it's pressed. It functions just fine but the noise it makes is slightly different than all the rest. And that is the control button on the left hand side. Absolutely not a deal breaker but if you have OCD you will notice it. Again it's still functions just fine it doesn't stick it's just a little bit different feeling when you press it then all the rest of the keys. Huge note huge, I had to call support and not because of the keyboard but because of chat GPT and me thinking something wasn't connecting right between that app and the keyboard. I called customer support they answered on the third ring the lady was very knowledgeable and very friendly and spoke English, I believe it was California. And she got intrigued by the situation, downloaded the app went to the warehouse and pulled one of these keyboards and tried to duplicate the situation I was having, and she did and she came back with an answer on how to fix it. Again it was not an issue with the keyboard, it was an issue with the app. And the simple fix was I believe hitting the option button and R, which tells the keyboard it's interfacing with an Android device, making it more precise to that system. You can also do that for Mac PC or iOS. Blown away by the customer support. She called me back 45 minutes later. That alone should sell the keyboard. What customer support does that anymore? Not many if you can name three off the top of your head I'd be shocked. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Would absolutely buy again and undoubtedly recommend. I would absolutely recommend and actually have. 10 Stars

Nice keyboard, very sturdy and weighted
If you're like me, having searched for a keyboard that's wireless, and not cheesy. Holds up well and the numbers/letters don't rub off. Holds a decent charge and has common functionality. This is my newest keyboard. My only complaint here is I wish it had some feet to prop up the back and create a little more tilt. But I've gotten used to it now. Another feature I like, I have 2 separate computers connected to my monitors (3 - 24") I switch from one computer to the other. Down side is I had 2 keyboards and 2 mouses to keep track of. I solved the mouse issue and this keyboard connects to both with a "B1" and "B2" button on the keyboard that switches between the 2 computers. Now I have it all. This keyboard feels like the construction is made very well. A little heavier than most keyboards. Responsive keys and no clicks when you depress a key. It is also backlit. Charge with a USB - USB-C cable. Holds charge for quite a while. This is my new keyboard. If it goes bad, I will be getting another one just like it.

Pros outweighs the cons
I really like the keyboard feel and that I can use it either with receiver or just Bluetooth. This allows me to use it more easily with two devices so I don’t have to disconnect and reconnect.Cons: space bar doesn’t register as easily as the other keys so I have to press it harder. Also, I use it for 8 hours a day for work and I have to recharge it every night.

Great keyboard
I love this keyboard! I would like it even more if it had mechanical keys, but it has a lot of travel and a good feel for a chicklet keyboard. It can be paired with 2 Bluetooth devices and the USB dongle. Just press one of 3 keys to switch back and forth between devices. It connects over Bluetooth extremely fast and is probably the most impressive thing about it. I switch back and forth a lot, so that is very convenient! It's heavy, but that's a good thing because it prevents the iPad from tipping over. With it being as hot as it's been outside I really don't like using my laptop much, so I'm using my iPad a lot more. I expect with the next iPad OS update I will be using it even more now that the iPad is finally getting a useful file system and windowing! It has great battery life too. I've been using it for a few weeks, mostly with the backlit off, and it still has 100% battery remaining! My only caution would be it's not a great choice for a backpack due to the size and weight, but otherwise it's a great keyboard!
