Baking Sheet with Cooling Rack, HKJ Chef 2 Baking Sheets + 2 Baking Racks

These are perfect and exactly the size I was looking for. I needed something smaller to fit into a Breville Toaster Oven. I love baking and making cookies, but the big ovens take forever to heat up and make the kitchen too hot. The baking capabilities for baking and even dinners are terrific. There was a slight warping when I had to cook something on a high heat of 425, but once they were cooled, they were fine. I wanted stainless steel over aluminum, and these fit the bill. The mirror finish is pretty, but I am sure it will not last. I don't need to see myself in them anyway. I highly recommend these.

We use these sheets and racks all the time in our toaster oven. My wife just pulled one out and asked, “how long have we had these, because they still look great?” I had to look them up on Amazon was pleasantly surprised. These are some of the highest quality stainless steel racks I’ve ever used.

Easy to clean and stays looking new! Warps at high heat but returns to normal shape when cool

I like these smaller 12x10x1 trays with a fitted air rack, very much. But at least one corner is not finished (rolled) as the rest of it is and I sliced my finger just picking it up. Now, I will take a file and round that sharp edge off in the next day or so. But it is worth checking on yours if you order them. I won't return them, they seem well made, fairly solid - good gauge metal, and perfect for what I want them for. I am currently dry brining chops in my refrigerator. I don't have room for a standard 18 x 13 sheet pan (the so-called half sheet pan) in my refrigerator. I wanted something smaller that I easily fit in whatever space I can find. And these work perfectly. I would buy them again, but hopefully ones without that sharp edge!

I previously had a copper coated pan with a screen rack that was very hard to clean, and the copper was flaking off. These are very easy to clean, sturdy, and work well. They do warp a bit under high heat, but that is not really a problem.

Easy to clean

I buy it with the Silpat toaster oven 7 7/8" x 10 13/16" for a 8" x 11" sheet pan and they are ten perfect couple, hi quality like your big oven professional equipmet but in the great petite size for counter top oven. You can make food for two, and with the 2 trays for 4 in two sessions. Great support and beatifull and strong. I love it!!

Makes a great gift. Loved them so much I kept one for myself and ordered another for a gift. Only thing I don't like is the rack sits inside the pan and doesn't have handles like the popular copper ones which makes taking rack out when it's hot a bit more difficult. Still this is a great pan. Works fantastic for cooking things you want to keep out of the drippings. I use ours to roast stuffed peppers, cook asparagus and to make great crispy fries.

I've used the product a couple of times and they seem to be great. We will see after a couple if months. They do seem very sturdy and easy to clean.

Should have read the other product reviews. These sheets aren't heavy duty enough and will warp in the oven. You have been warned.
