The media could not be loaded. I recently used the Inkbird Wireless INT-12-BW BBQ Thermometer, and I have to say, it’s a game changer for anyone who loves live-fire cooking. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed with its quality and ease of use.We cooked a pork shoulder this weekend on our Drumbque, and the thermometer made everything so simple. The WiFi range is fantastic, and the companion app takes all the guesswork out of the cook—just set your desired doneness, and it handles the rest. The long black probe is brilliant; not only does it monitor the internal temperature of your meat, but it also keeps track of the BBQ’s ambient temperature, so you can easily manage any highs and lows throughout the cook.For rotisserie cooking, this thermometer is an absolute lifesaver. No wires to deal with, just effortless monitoring! Even with smaller cooks like this, the Inkbird made everything so much easier. The results were perfect—juicy meat and perfectly roasted sides (yes, we used the extra space for roast potatoes, parsnips, and butternut squash!).I also have to commend Inkbird as a company. Their customer service is outstanding—quick to respond and incredibly helpful if you ever have any issues.If you’re serious about BBQ or just want to make cooking easier, I highly recommend this thermometer. It’s an incredible tool that every BBQ lover should have in their kit.

I am really impressed with this thermometer! The quality is outstanding, and the menu is very intuitive – nothing complicated about it at all. It's incredibly easy to use, and I love that it connects seamlessly to both the internet and Bluetooth. The ability to use the two probes separately is a fantastic feature, offering versatility for different cooking situations. Whether you're using it for BBQs or in the oven, it performs perfectly. The price is also very reasonable for the value it offers. I highly recommend it to everyone – it would make a great Christmas gift!

Love a meat probe , as cooking to temperature rather than time , is key for moist well cooked meat, I have the one probe generation of this, which is awesome, but restricted to Bluetooth , which still has a decent range, but still a hindrance, if you grill is a fair distance from the house, or you need to pop out. This version ticks both boxes as not only does it have awesome Bluetooth range, it also has the bonus of WiFi, giving me the perfect range, and the added bonus of being able to monitor cooks when away from the house, when I do slow and low cooks. First cook last night was just a basic steak reverse seared on my Kamado to a perfect medium and this probe and app nailed it.

The probes are easy to use and give excellent results.No two joints cook the same and this takes all the guess work out of the process.The fast charging is great and the range over WI-FI and Bluetooth keeps things simple.The 2 probes are clearly separated and cannot be confused on the display or in the app.My only constructive feedback would be the kickstand could be a little more robust and the charging port could have a rubber cap like some of the other INKBIRD thermometers.

The media could not be loaded. Really good meat prods. Digital unit that records the temps is good and the app is really easy to use. Have two prods and different sizes is very useful when doing a lot of cooking. I am going to try the smaller prod with chicken wings and see how it works. It took me two minutes to set up and the charging is very quick. Cleaning the prods was easy and I did them by hand but it does say you can put them in the dishwasher. Nice to be able to be away from the BBQ and still check the temp of the meat and the BBQ temp. Would deffo recommend

I’ve used a number of meat probes over the years from the likes of Meater etc and they always do a job, but with some kind of issue - typically connection based. With this probe, I’ve had no such issues. It connects using blue tooth and WiFi, the unit display is simple and the app is easy to understand. You get two probes, both monitor meat internal temperature and one of them gives a reading for the inside of the barbecue. There are presets in the app in case you don’t know the ideal cooking times, and they can be adjusted. My first cook was a 13 hour brisket, and the battery lasted with plenty to spare.

Having used the previous single versions of the inkbird wireless thermometers, I thought I had used the best available kit ..... This double set is even better.Straight out the box the build quality is fantastic, probes are ready to go ..... WiFi range is great and means can check updates whilst elsewhere in the house...... Love being able to quickly see the temps on the base station as well.Test cook was with a huge pork shoulder and 2 probes meant I could be assured of accuracy throughout the cook and joint of meat.Inkbird have done it again .... Fantastic quality .

Great bit of kit, and ideal having two probes for larger cuts of meat or cooking to individual preference. Nice bright display on the unit and the app works great and keeps a stable connection. Overall a good bit of kit, only slight criticism is only the black longer probe has the ambient temp sensor
