can this be used to make cheese dip?

It could be mixed with warm milk and adjusted to texture. I melt butter on hot brocolli and sprinkle this over all. It mixes with the butter and makes a great cheese sauce. This is best for mixing into foods... potatoes, eggs, grits and sprinkled over hot food or popcorn. It is quite good and no trans fats!

It's not really "tangy". I would say the taste most closely resembles the cheese on Smartfood White Cheddar Popcorn. It's very delicious, and would probably make nice nacho cheese chips, but to get that "tang" you might want to add just a little bit of apple cider vinegar powder. Just a little goes a looooong way.
