GameSir? Ah, yes sir!
It took me a little time to get the GameSir Cyclone 2 updated through the GameSir app on my computer, but it was definitely worth the effort. The TMR sticks offer outstanding precision, especially in shooting games like Doom Dark Ages and Battlefront II where accuracy really matters. I really enjoy the mechanical face buttons, which feel snappy and responsive, and being able to switch the triggers to mouse click mode adds a serious edge in FPS games. The triggers feel crisp and fast which makes a noticeable difference during intense gameplay. I own a lot of controllers and continue to buy from GameSir because they consistently deliver high-quality products that perform well without breaking the bank. The build is solid, the features are thoughtfully designed, and it works great across multiple platforms. If you want strong performance and value, this is a great pick.

Good Controller, Some Dislikes
The controller is very nice, and looks quite well. The sticks, and buttons are immaculate, and feel great. The trigger switches are well designed, and the programmability is awesome.Id like to note, I bought this to replace my old Scuf Prestiege, which was a long lasting controller, but boy did it have issues. I want to start off by saying,DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, BUY A SCUF IN 2025!There are limitless better options, and this is absolutely one, depending on your use. This controller is very responsive, I love the included 2.4Ghz USB chip. The sticks DO remove, and you can buy taller ones, although they dont come included. I dont know if removable thumbsticks is a more recent standard or not, but it didnt used to be.The color is okay, and RGB is nice, but I really have to comment on the translucent plastic. It has a sort of 2000 - 2015 cheap controller look, which is offputting, and makes it look cheaper than it is. I feel like a more thoughtful choice of plastic formula, and density would have been well worth it here, to allow the light to shine through, but not be see through. The controller also has this grippy texture molded or stamped into the plastic, which I personally am not a fan of.The last complaint is the start and menu buttons. Their placement is really obnoxious and out of the way, hard to get used to unconciously pressing. As you can see in the pictures, they orbit the xbox/ main button at the top, rather than being placed side by side on a typical xbox controller. Some more information, is the cover is not removable, or at least, not without a screwdriver, so if you wanted to change out the joystick bases, or even certain buttons, (was possible on my Scuf, not sure here), you have to take it apart, and likely void the warranty. All in all, good controller, just has some so-so quirks.

Really good
I broke my xbox elite series 2 controller....and I can't even say that I broke it, it fell from a desk onto the floor once and it was enough to destroy the thumbstick on the left side. Annoying, so i decided to see if there was a cheaper controller that can give me 95% what that controller did. And this one is close. It feels cheap, there's no other way around it...this feels like a 3rd party mad catz controller from the early 2000s and it's really ugly if you care about aesthetics. But....I love the way it sits in my hands, the buttons are nice and responsive and the dpad is top tier for the clicky type. The hair triggers can be adjusted with ease. I can recommend this if you're on a budget like I am. Thumbs up from me.

Great for gaming
--- Pros ---Solid build quality.3 different connections (Wired USB, Bluetooth, included 2.4 dongle)Customizable RGBs.Customizable buttons.Nice feeling joysticks.Toggleable triggers.Headphone jack.--- Cons ---No phone holder accessory offered (yet).Cannot store dongle in the controller.ABXY buttons are not the same as D-pad buttons.--- Thoughts ---Very nice controller out of box.Plastic but sturdy build. Has textured grips and triggers.Very comfortable to hold and use for long periods, may be slightly big and heavy for smaller hands. The joysticks are a joy to use. Very fluid and nice to move around. There is a default of 10 for deadspace on the GameSir Connect software; Lower it to 6 or 5 for less deadspace.Weirdly, the ABXY buttons have the a slightly sponge-like feel, but the D-pad has a nice mechanical keyboard click. Would prefer if both were clicky.Analog triggers feel great all the way through. Switching it to micro switch mode gives it a very nice instant click feel.Works right out of box for supported games on mobile, consoles, and PC. For non natively supported games on mobile, the GameSir App helps with mapping.Sadly it did not come with a phone holder, nor can I find one in stock officially, but I found a thingiverse model that I printed to work with the famed Modular Mounting System (thingiverse item #5619802)Really wish it could store the wireless dongle inside the controller when not in use. Might design something to hold the dongle to the controller in the future.Overall, a great controller for daily gaming.
