Nice calming effect, easy to chew and average flavor.

Pleasant tasting, higher potency than most other supplements available. I find them effective to help maintain a level of calm.

I hadn’t tried these before! They taste lovely really of apple, all the way through! There’s no bitter aftertaste either! Too soon to know if they’re having any effect but ….

A bit of a mixed review for these from me, they helped me get off to sleep, I think, chewable format easy to use, and a reasonable dosage, good quality packing and ‘lozenge’ great tasting, however the effects of these were lower than other brands so not sure.The effect, on me anyway, of ashwagandha seems to put me to sleep faster - only if I try within the first hour after taking (as it does state sort of on the usage directions), otherwise if you leave it a few hours before bed it keeps you awake.More importantly for me a side effect is that it leaves me sluggish and struggling to wake up the next morning, which clears soon after, but you have to force yourself to get up some days ( different to without it!).There’s been no other noticeable benefits other than the get to sleep quicker - and that’s only in the first hour.

I don't know true or false... maybe coincidence? Anyway- maybe it will help someone...So we were trying to get pregnant. I had a daughter 4 years ago and for last two and half years we were trying for another baby. Without luck. So I read about ashwagandha , the influence on hormones and stress lvls and decided to give it a shot. I placed order for 3months supply. From October I was eating two gummies/ a day and made sure my husband is getting 2/day....maybe a coincidence- I am not saying that it was the gummies . But we didn't do or take anything else except this gummies.I did test and I am pregnant! - it's November.It still maybe a coincidence but I say if you struggling- it is worth trying. Maybe it helped?

I've been taking thus for 2 months now. I find it helps me sleep better. Normally I would be waking up a few times a night. I'll be buying more for months to come!
