The mouthpiece is much too big to fit properly in my mouth and it caused headaches, pain and discomfort. I followed the moulding instructions exactly, but it didn’t mould correctly. Do not buy. Too expensive for an ineffective item.

Too big. Actually hurts the jaw just trying to get in the mouth.

This mouthguard doesn't keep your mouth shut or your jaw forward or stop your tongue from falling back when your jaw is relaxed. It's also really uncomfortable. Total waste of money.

Really uncomfortable and don’t mould well despite following instructions and many years experience of self moulding mouth guards. Complete waste of money and went straight in bin.

I tried it for the first time last night and my overall sleep was quiet. I usually woke because i do have some high pitched snoring which is weird. It becomes more of a problem when i have cough or colds. Using it last night reduced the noise and it was really good. I was amazed. Though my jaw is still not used to it, i am feeling some strain but hopefully in time it will be fine. Salivation isnalso expected on the first few uses. But overall, i can recommend it.

I found it a little difficult get used to at the start but have no complaints , the product is exactly as described.

I always carefully read reviews, not sure why I didn’t this time. Really poor device, doesn’t mould well and you can’t open your mouth, also makes you salivate. Ultimately it really doesn’t work and is a stay away from item

They arrived followed instructions but I personally couldn’t get on with them but other people have and said they were good that’s why I purchased
