I’m really impressed with the quality of this GE 6-Outlet Surge Protector. The 10-foot cord is a game-changer — long enough to reach across a room without needing extra extensions, but still flexible and easy to tuck away. The build feels sturdy and well-made, exactly what you’d expect from GE. The twist-to-close safety covers are a great addition, especially if you have kids or pets around. They give me peace of mind knowing unused outlets are protected. The “protected” indicator light is also super helpful so you always know if the surge protection is active and working. Overall, this power strip does exactly what it promises. Plenty of outlets, excellent cord length, and reliable surge protection. If you need something dependable for your electronics, this one is definitely worth it!

This surge protector works well. The cord is longer than some other models, which makes this protector easier to use. It is versatile. Despite a relatively low price, the surge protector seems to be high quality. So far, so good.

These are good quality outlet surge protectors by GE. We bought these to use for Christmas throughout the house for all of the gadgets needs recharging. They are good value and has ample spacing for those large power plugs you have to use from time to time. Not bulky.

Update: I've had this for about 2 years now. Still like new. I forget how long the power cord was, since I usually keep it under one of my Vinyl racks, the extra length is nice. If I needed another outlet/power strip, I wouldn't hesitate to get a second one. I still use a couple Tripp Lite units, Furman PL-8C & custom Toggles in my studio rack but this GE is as good as basic power strip gets. I've plugged my workstation laptop, an RME Babyface (audio interface) & my MPC a few times when I needed to work in another room. I thought about using one of my Isobars but this worked great as usual. 2 years since my original review and still zero issues. It stays doing what it was designed to. Original Review: Some of the reviews for this don't make sense. This works as well as any power strip I've ever used. Plug in what you need, be sensible about it & keep it movin' The construction is plastic but it's a sturdy piece. A single toggle switch turns the powet on/off & the swivel jacks are useful also. This does what it says & functions properly. I've had it for about a month. Perfect no complaints. Will update is anything changes.

This has been holding up well for me on a computer setup with quite a few things plugged in. Has p;rotected my ecelctronics with its good surge protection rating and high quality and duarbility. It's a good size with a good amount of outlets and is a good buy for the price.

Love the flat wall plug. Works well for our TV and ROKU plus sound bar.
