Replaced battery in my early 2015 macbook with this. Good instructions and it works well.

I ordered this to replace my 2017 MacBook Air battery, which was limping along after 8 years of heavy use. Installation and calibration was easy, and I enjoyed about 4 days of luxuriously long battery life without issue. Unfortunately, today I noticed my computer was taking longer and longer to boot up from sleep mode, until finally it wouldn’t start up at all (despite being plugged in and adequately charged). After trying everything to get it powered back on, I finally just replaced the old battery and the computer started up like normal. I even gave the new battery one more shot and plugged it in again as a test, but I was met with the same dead computer. I’ve reached out to the seller and will post an update here with the resolution, but I’ll be looking for a more reliable source for my next replacement battery.UPDATE: seller was quick to reply and very helpful with facilitating the return.

Fits perfectly and works great

I installed this battery in my 2017 MacBook Air yesterday. The original battery would no longer hold a charge. It would say that it was fully charged and then after 30 minutes or so...it would die. So, I did some research and found out that it needed a new battery. I read the reviews on this battery from this particular company...and decided to purchase it for around $30. It ended up being a great investment. I also watched two videos on how to install it (very helpful). It took me and my nephew roughly around 20 minutes to install it. One of the videos said to let the battery power completely drain and then fully charge it. It had about 61% charge on it and after about 4 hours of use...it has 28% charge. Needless to say, it's working.
