The bed buddy is the best! I have lupus so hurt all the time. I sleep with one or two every night! Pop them in the microwave 1.30 minutes and they are heated perfect, and the heat maintains for 3-4 hours!

Make sure do not over heat...they burn and smell awful

Great product, for neck pain, shoulder pain. Just being cold, actually helps me to go back to sleep when I get up in the middle of the night. One thing you have to play around with the microwave heating time. My old buddy took exactly 2 minutes. These ones take less. More time than the instructions tell you but you have to watch it. Don't walk away you could burn it. I wish it would keep the heat a bit longer. My old buddy had,I think , coarser filling. These buddies have finer filling and you have to warm them more often. One last thing, I really wish the would come with a removable cover for washing. I had one like that years ago that unfortunately a friend burned to bits

If they could hold the heat as well as make the cold longer, that would be good.

Work great, I use hot , 1.5 min in microwave to heat up. My father likes cold and puts them in the freezer comfortable and so easy to use. No plugs no wires .
