What is the Shelf life of these jars?

The jars I bought about 6 months ago have a "Best before" date of January 2024, so it looks like it will be more than 18 months (given that they were produced some time before I bought them). And, because it's a "Best before" date, rather than an "Expiry date", that means it technically never goes off.
