Hpbge Single Handle Pull Out Kitchen Faucet, Single Level Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink Faucets with Pull down Sprayer

Excellent spray pattern and aeration flow. Installation required contacting Hpbge for appropriate adapters (1/2" to 3/8" compression fittings), which were sent I a couple days. Base unit containing valve cartridge appears to be stainless steel, goose neck and spout are plated to match.

No installation manual included in the package. The hot and cold water lines on the faucet body are too short because the connection to the water supply lines is inside the long lock nut (about 2.5 or 3") when the baseplate is used. Therefore, tightening the connections to avoid water leak is impossible when the cold and hot water supply lines are connected. I had to install the supply lines before inserting the faucet body to the sink hole. However, the lock nut does not pass through easily these four lines (water spray lines (in/out), hot and cold water supply lines). This becomes the most difficult part of the installation. After installation, I found out the water spray line does not return easily with the weight. I had to add additional weight to allow the retraction.

I’m revising my review because seller provided needed fittings. Perhaps I should have been aware of this issue before starting install however I think a faucet to be installed in USA should connect without a trip to store. Seller did a good job responding after negative review.I’m now very satisfied with purchaseThis is a very nice looking faucet and it works just fine. Connection of water lines is problem. Provided lines must be used because of connection to faucet. My water valve is a 3/8 compression fitting. Provided water line is 1/2 pipe fitting. Almost impossible to make the conversion unless turn off main water and direct connect to water line. My solution added over 20 dollars to my expense, and looks terrible, but kept shutoff valve.

I like the faucet, but the suppllyl lines are metric and there was no mention of that in listing. Most supply valves are 3/8 inch.adaptors for metric to 3/8 inch should be included. I can't complete my install without adaptors.

I've installed quite a few faucets. This is the first one I've received with fittings that don't fit. Now I have to go to hardware store to try to find adapters. I wouldn't have bought it had I known this. It comes with adapters that go from whatever funky size it has to 1/2", but who has 1/2" connections. I need 3/8".

This faucet is good price for look and functionality.my husband just installed this faucet 2days ago,he almost took an hour to dismantle the old faucet(I don’t know why he took so long,maybe this is he first for instelling faucet)but he only use 10mins for installed this new faucet,so I can really tell this should be very easy to installed😂!!the handle feels smoother and easy to control water temperature...it up-date my kitchen looks!! I love to wast my dish more because of this New Faucet!!

Good faucet for the price. Looks great and appears to be built well. Install instructions are lacking, but installing a faucet is fairly straight forward.

I bought this faucet and had it put in and then discovered that they spraying part of it will not does not work since the beginning also it doesn't stay pulled up in and sit in the room as it should I wouldn't buy it again
