Ordered these back in late NOV and took a month off of any supplements in my system for a good restart. Started these in Jan and so far have had a pretty good run with them. Easy to swallow, no ugly aftertaste or upset stomach. I DO exercise daily so did I expect to get any type of result without that? No. I'm also not a junk food/overeater. I keep my intake low throughout the day with high protein and low cals. This helped me lean out enough that my normal 34 size pants are fitting WAY more comfortably. :)For a months supply running at 13 dollars, can't beat giving it a shot. Have you been to a vitamin store lately? Prices are outlandish! whew!

It came pretty fast, supplier did his job, but I don’t see that it does much good, health wise. It has no effect as far as I can tell.

I like the ingredient make up of this supplement and all the quality control check marks are there - us made, non gmo, all natural, third party tested. I was feeling fatigued after workout, and these seem to give me an extra boost. Two capsules as recommended will last a month, but farther down it recommends extra capsules on workout days to see improvements - I would need to take five capsules on work out days so this would only last 2-1/2 days. Just something to consider before putting your money down

Did feel they made any difference

I love a good post workout supplement. Formula on the back looks good and tested well. This brand however I am not familiar with. That's not a problem for me so with finishing the bottle I can say I felt a difference in my daily muscle recovery. After the bottle was done I could tell the DOMs lasted longer than when I had this. I will say this works.

This is a bottle of 30 capsules. Easy to swallow and don't taste bad. If you're looking for a supplement for after workouts to help recover, these will help. My main issue personally is occasional muscle cramps/aches a few hours after workouts. These supplements, have reduced the pain and occurrence. Note that these are not actual HGH, but help your own body in recovery with the ingredients. 5 stars for being as advertised and helping with recovery.
