My mailbox flax broke recently, and rather than having to measure the existing holes and find a specific flag, or buy a new mailbox entirely, this adhesive backed flag makes installation a million times easier. It fits a standard mailbox perfectly, and looks good as new! The functionality of the flag mechanism is very nice, as it locks into place in the upward position and holds true through some decent weather! Overall a great replacement for pretty cheap! Glad I found it!

This is made with plastic and should work fine outdoors but if someone were to be a little reckless with it might not work as intended. Mine has not broken or taken any damage, but doesn't seem as rugged as one might expect. Lightweight flat plastic. Beautiful red color and beautiful black color. The black area comes with a removable sticker, press and hold it appears. Seems to stick well enough. This would work great in doors in classroom, classroom presentation or arts and craft. Shipped in a clear plastic bag lint free and clean. Lift red flag to tip down is fairly easily tipped down in my opinion. We have high winds and not sure if this would work outdoors where I live. This should work in a pinch if needed outdoors I would imagine. Otherwise all looks good if you don't mind it being made out of plastic and the red flag could come down. So I dropped one star for questionable performance. Would definitely buy again for arts and crafts purposes or anything indoors perhaps in the office setting indoors. Good value would order again.
