I’ve had this pillow for a couple of months now. I bought it as I was having neck pain and stiffness after waking up. I was using a bigger, thicker, memory foam pillow to sleep. This pillow cradles the back of my neck perfectly. I would say it’s half way between fully soft and fully firm. It has held its shape over the past 2 months as it did when I first got it. The design is nice in that I’m able to rotate it depending on if I’m sleeping on my back, or sleeping on my side. It’s not too thin or too thick. No strange smell. My morning neck pain and stiffness has completely resolved. If they ever stop making this pillow when it’s time for me to replace it, I’ll be sad! The price was also super great. I was not expecting such a nice quality pillow for the price I paid.

Purchased this a while back. Wanted to make sure i liked it before I gave a review. I had what I assumed was a "kink" in my neck that went all the way down to my shoulder and it had started in oct 24. It never went away. It would seem to start to recede some and then would come right back. I purchased to see if it would help and I can honestly say I have not had one kink or pain since. The pillow quality is great! It's relieved my pain. It helps support my back and neck and very easy to use.

I absolutely love this pillow! I can tell it helps my alignment and it offers excellent support without sagging or forcing me to sleep in an uncomfortable position. There is no smell or odor whatsoever, and the thickness is perfect for side sleeping or sleeping on my back. The pain relief is credible; my shoulders and neck feel so much better! My only suggestion is that it be a bit wider.

Bought this to help relieve neck stiffness. This was well worth the investment. Much less pain and stiffness after a nights sleep.

Using now for several months, foam still holding up, neck support has taken away neck stiffness and muscle pain. I thought I was going to have to have chiropractor adjustments, but the brought relief overnight and keeps helping to avoid neck pain. I used to use those contour pillows, but this has been much better. Really cradles your head and neck just right: I had a tendency to turn my head to the right when sleeping, but this has corrected that. Great pillow!

This was ok. I thought it was bigger. For me it is just weird to sleep on. Others may enjoy it. I got it to help with my husbands snoring.....Well......he still snores....at the same volume. So that was a bust. I gave it 3 stars because he does sleep on it. So it is not terrible.

I am so thankful to find a pillow to help with my neck pain! This pillow looks bizarre but it has been a life saver for my sleep quality! I have never slept better! Even though the case looks intimidating to take off, the case is very easy to take off and put back on after washing. The material is cooling as well which is nice.
