I have bone cancer and it is in my tail bone so very hard to get comfortable I had used a roho air pad on motorcycle worked well so thought I would try this on couch it works great and is tougher than it looks made by a known hospital equipment supplier seems to be good quality

Defective Cushion
This cushion deflated within a couple week. A $65.99 waste. I called Stryker and they said they only sold to hospitals. Unfortunately I threw it away so I couldn't get a replacement. So it goes......

A very good product
Comfortable, cleanable, easy to use. Only bad thing is the cost, over priced for sure for what you get and how long it lasts!

Although it is comfortable, it is not durable
I have ordered two already this year. I thought maybe I did something to the first, which completely deflated. The second one did the same thing, even though I have been very careful.Not worth it for the price.

Comfortable
I got one of these in the hospital after surgery. I had to sit a lot before I could walk around. This saved me a lot of discomfort. I was ready to pay more than others because I know it works.

Deflated after short time using. Feel ripped off.
My elderly Mom, who is not heavy, has only had this cushion for a couple months and it inexplicably deflated. For the price we paid for this item, I would NOT expect this to happen. I have no idea how to contact the seller to get a replacement. Very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this unless they find a better way to keep it inflated.
