How much caffeine is in each tablet?

None. These are not the caffeine version.

Could you tell me please, do these do the same job as rehydration sachets?

Hi I have never used rehydration tablets, but was advised to use them by a marathon cyclist. I use them when I play golf I think they are fantastic and have recommended them to other golfers, hope this is useful

I found the berry flavour tasty. Drop a tablet in a pint glass of water to instantly transform your drink. Can't vouch for any other flavour at the moment but I found these tasty enough and not too chalky.

Can these be used daily for workouts and runs without issue?

I'm 73 - cycle around 120 hard (for me) miles a week over 3, generally, non consecutive days (plus a few easy rides some weeks) and use 1-2 tablets during and/or after each ride. I haven't had any problem and the great benefit of virtually no leg cramps since I started. I'm no doctor or chemist but that suggests yes is the answer to your question.
