An absolute powerhouse of a pc for the price. I took advantage of prime days and saved 30% which was how I was able to get my wife’s approval. I am so glad I bought it! I read some reviews reported that the box was damaged in shipping but mine arrived in perfect condition and very well protected. It was very easy to setup from the initial boot and quickly had me playing my favorite games at 100-140+ fps in 1440p. The fans are quiet and the RGB lighting provides great aesthetics. I did a lot of research on a new rig, weighing the pros and cons of major components and happy I went with this build. Glad I finally made the switch from console after all these years!

It works perfectly fine. I was having issues with it turning off the display and sound with the fans ramping up and I think it was Discord having Hardware acceleration. Ever since I took it off I can actually play heavy games like Black Desert and The First Descendant. With both games running it's still extremely silent. I can't hear the fans at all. Was very skeptical about buying a pre built but I'm glad I got one. If anything I'll probably switch the case for something more appealing since the case is very plain looking.

Beautiful build, runs quickly, Wi-Fi antenna is included with the computer. It has a good memory capacity for most games, and stays cool with the fans. Also you can turn on different rgb for the fans and customize it in your way.

Bought on Prime day. Came in with a sound card issue. Downloading drivers made it worse. A call to MSI got me a restore USB to get it working again. Waited a week for the USB. It did get everything except the sound card working. Called MSI again and was told it's a hardware defect.So,a return is in progress. But, Amazon did not offer a replacement. Only a refund.So I'll wait for that refund and hopefully the price is close enough where I can purchase it again and give this system a proper review.

Buying this as a replacement for an 8 year old gaming laptop so it's hard to be disappointed. I put a wifi adapter in the back to speed up the internet as I'm a bit far from our router and can't easily hook up Ethernet in this room. With that, internet is very fast. Google tells me 333 Mbps download and 332.5 Mbps upload.It has empty slots for upgrades, and lots of space for airflow.This is good for my gaming needs - Elden Ring at max settings with 1440p ran at 60 fps. Probably not gonna use this for VR or 4K so that's good enough for me.BTW this thing has 8GB VRAM. I ran some smaller distilled deepseek models and it ran them very smoothly. Fan didn't even need to kick on for the smallest one. But it's gonna slow down if I push for larger ones, and tbh all these small models aren't as smart as 4o or sonnet anyway, so I probably won't use it much for this.Anyway, overall great value for the price. Looks cool and is quiet also :)

Awesome unit for a reasonable price! I was planning to do my own build but the price of video cards was just too high. So just by chance, I happened to look at this unit. I couldn't find a 4000 series Nvidia video card let alone find one under $1,000. Turns out this unit came with an Nvidia 4070 plus an entire computer along with it to boot! So i ordered it and received it in just two days. When I rfirst turned it on and was very dismayed to learn that everything was in Italian, including a very weird keyboard layout. I struggled to set it up in Italian but just couldn't pull it off. So I called MSI customer support and to my amazement, I had a tech on the phone in less than ten minutes. The tech walked me through how to restore everything to the default factory settings and I was back in business in another ten minutes. My last experience with hardware tech support was with Asus during an attempted build gone wrong. That took literally DAYS to get anywhere and I never did resolve my problem with an incompatibility between my AMD cpu and the Asus motherboard BIOS. So I was just soooooo very happy that MSI had adequate customer support !!

Excellent machine.

Video card was loose, but after re-seating this machine function perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. It appears to be well-made and nicely assembled. MSI has been in business for a long time and generally has a good reputation.
