my favorite cheese
Love this cheese, the only one that I eat! In my view the best cheese on the planet and hope that I can always order this cheese because I live in a small town where it is not available except online. It is a hard salty cheese that goes with lots of different foods, love it with my fried eggs! Also much more easily digestible than cow's cheese, so an added plus for my partner who has some issues with dairy products.
