Great garlic/onion substitute
Great stuff if you can't eat garlic or onions! Best to use in cooked foods, especially as a base for a rub. Also great for non garlic garlic bread!

This is a tiny bottle.
Has a good flavor especially if you can't eat onion or garlic. It's very strong so you only need a small pinch. The bottle looked bigger on Amazon than it actually is but it's worth it.

I do not recommend
Smelled like chemicals when I opened the jar. Nothing on label indicated gluten free or any claims in the posting on Amazon. Had a strong chemical taste. Not a quality hing powder. I do alternative medicine and this product did not meet quality standards for medicinal purposes and would not taste good in food as a garlic onion substitute.

Seasoning received before expected date
Haven’t used yet but ordered as a family member cannot tolerate onion or garlic. Look forward to trying. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Great Meat Substitute
I love this product? I use both smaller pieces of dried soy curls, but this size is great in salads, enchiladas, pot pie, quesadillas, and chicken soup. I usually make the whole bag, and season it, then freeze half of it and use it in different recipes.
