I’m very happy with this waffle iron and think it’s a great value for the price. It’s easy to use and has a light indicator that tells you when it’s ready. I prefer darker waffles so I leave it in longer than programmed. The nonstick surface works well, making cleanup simple, and the upright storage design is a huge plus for saving counter and cabinet space. The initial factory smell went away after a few uses. A few minor downsides: there’s no on/off switch, so you have to plug and unplug it to control power. The cord is also on the short side. Additionally, if there’s any residual grease left after cooking, it can eventually drip downward when the unit is stored, so wiping it down thoroughly beforehand is important. Performance-wise, it makes excellent waffles—fluffy on the inside with deep pockets and a fairly uniform golden crust.

Very user-friendly, waffles come out perfect using the 2 1/2 minute timer just follow the directions that come with the waffle iron and you’ll be set!. Ceramic coated waffle iron plates that you do not need any spray!!! that is a huge bonus shorten cleanup time and comes out every time with just a little coaxing to release your perfect waffle. Love the option to store it upright very forward thinking for a small space kitchens. The look is very pleasing and modern.. highly recommend

love the color. The design is good & love that i can store it upright so as to save space. Tried it out and waffles came out realllyyyy good. Its easy to use & i never even flipped it. I just left it on its side & it cooked just fine.

This inexpensive waffle maker is excellent. I purchased my hesitantly because most waffle irons get very mixed reviews. But Amazon has a great return policy, so it was worth the gamble. I have found this to make excellent waffles. This review is to address some of the comment I have seen regarding missing features, such as a beep or timer for when the waffles are done, or uneven cooking. Obviously I can only talk about my unit, so here goes. Waffles really are pretty simple - success depends mostly on getting the batter to the consistency you want, and then watching the steam release as it is cooking. I watch for the steam release to start slowing down significantly before checking the waffle. A quick lift to the lid (I use the base support on the top section as a handle) to check the color. Light golden brown is softer, darker golden brown is firmer. Make a few test waffles to find your preference. I tend to use a bit thinner batter than Mrs. Butterworth's recommendation, but that's just me. I also like a slightly thinner batter as it pours better (do let the batter sit for 5 or 10 minutes after mixing - it tastes better!). I pretty much cover the surface pretty evenly as in the photo, and then close the lid, wait for the steam to get going, and then watch for the slowdown as indicated above. I have only used this a few times, but each time the waffles have been just right. I cannot speak to longevity, but I have had this for a while and it seems to work consistently.

This waffle maker is so easy to use and storing upright makes it extra convenient. The unit heats quickly, no spray required and waffles come out perfect. Make sure to take note of the correct side to add the waffle mixture because you flip it over after adding and closing the lid so you have access to the lock tab that remains cool during cooking. This tab is used to safely open the lid. Nothing sticks to the surface and cleanup is a breeze. Wipe it down, done! Great product.

Easy to use, beautiful color, works great and takes up almost no space on counter so it can be left out to use everyday! The waffles turned out perfect 💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love it so much!!! I love a good crunchy yet soft waffle and it’s really easy to make one in this it’s an easy size to fit in a cabinet and easy to clean too! Made a little kit of all the waffle ingredients for my gf and the waffles were the perfect size to fit toppings and stay yummy :D

So far so good, the only downside will be the locked bottom. It could be easier to turn around, sometimes it gets stuck but aside from that all pretty decent
