This installation kit fit perfectly in my Tahoe and made installing the stereo very easy. Everything lined up well and the quality of the parts feels solid. It helped the new radio sit nicely and look clean in the dash. Great kit and definitely worth it.

worked great! the install was way easier than i thought. couldnt find a video on my 2000 silverado, was thinking it would be like my 2006 was 5 years ago, No fault of the product or company, just me. making it more difficult. would have taken less time than what it did, would buy again.

Fits perfect into the 1995 Silverado 1 1/2 compartment to a single. It’s looks very factory also. My brother who has the same style truck asked when these trucks came with a single stack radio and could not believe it when I showed him the after market bracket. Great product. Would be five stars but the face plate it came with does not fit around the radio.

The factory stereo in my 2001 Chevy truck finally died. So instead of spending hundreds of dollars for a stock replacement that was just a radio with CD and a clock, I decided to get a more modern unit with modern features. This kit came with everything I needed. The wiring pigtail plugged right into my wiring harness, and the color coding of the wires matched the wires on my new stereo perfectly. Housing slid into dash with no issues, and everything works fine. Whole process took less than an hour, and i took my time with it.

The kit was perfect for my 96 k1500 with the clip on sides and although it said it was a direct replacement for my 98 Chevy blazer it was not due to my blazer having the bolts on the top corners of the radio which wasn't any issue cause I just unbolted the clip brackets and have it setting in my dash for now till my new one comes in. I had to order a new kit for my blazer which didn't bother me but other then that it's a amazing direct fit piece for a 96 k1500 Silverado. Came already installed and also has all the wiring you need to hook up to the new stereo. First picture is my truck and the second is it in my blazer (basically just sitting there for now)

looks decent and easy to install on my 99 silverado 1500. Some heat shrink butt connectors would be better than the ones included; but the ones included work fine
