This is a fun and colorful tutu skirt! It is made on a matching crochet top! This skirt has a single layer of tulle making it light and easy to wear. This would be a great tinker bell outfit with some added wings! Or even could be a wizard of oz outfit! All materials are high quality to allow the skirt to last more than one wear! ***My halter tops are elastic snug fitting tops. Size 0-3T are on a 6" top, 4T-6 is on an 8" top and 6-10 is on a 10" top. Visibility: ~Single layer = light coverage, will likely need a long cami, leggings or shorts underneath ~Double layer = medium coverage, may or may not need something underneath ~Triple layer = full coverage, should not need anything underneath (Light colored tulle is always a lighter visibility just because it doesn't have much color) Please refer to the sizes below BEFORE placing your order (or you can take measurements and leave them in the comment section at checkout.
