Perfect for after cataract surgery. They send you home with a similar shield and a roll of tape. The tape is awkward and would probably leave marks on my face for weeks afterwards. This product has an adjustable elastic strap and is comfortable. The shield is a good fit and provides excellent protection for the eye while sleeping, and it stays on all night. It is also good for eye protection while showering.

Wife just had cataract surgery on her eyes and these worked great for her at night to reminder her not to rub her eye. Cheaper patches irritated her skin, she had zero problems with these.

I got the AMZVIO eye shield after having to scrub tape residue off my face after my first eye. They are a lot easier to put on and take off, and the best part, no tape! They have a lot of adjustment for size, so they will fit a pin head like mine, or a large Peyton Manning head! ( Hey that's what Eli says!) Anyway, I have been using the shield when sleeping and during nap time and they work great. They are inexpensive, which is great after spending so much on my surgery. They don't seem to be quite as deep as the ones I got from my vision surgery center, but they do work well. But, not for pirates, because they are clear. Arrr....

Perfect!! My elderly parents had cataract surgery and I felt that the tape on cover they sent home was awkward and hard to manage. Also my stepmom has Alzheimer’s with bad short term memory. I was very concerned that she would forget she had the surgery and accidentally rub her eye during the day which is the main reason for purchasing. This way she can still see and protect her eye day and night. I’m very glad it came with an extra strap that you couldn’t see in the listing

Very comfortable. I have to wear one at night after my vitrectomy surgery and it’s perfect. The strap stays above my other eye and I don’t even notice I have it on.

The product is advertised. Except the STRAP is NOT PINK as stated. Strap is a weird, ugly off shade of coco tan. I would have selected the black alternative if I knew. Deliver was very fast.

A great alternative to having an eye shield taped/removed/retaped even if you don't have sensitive skin. The older we get, the more delicate our skin becomes -- and the more likely we are to need eye surgery (cataracts, e.g.) Also, after eye surgery likely need to apply drops a few times a day: peeling off tape gets painful. My eye doc's office wasn't aware of eye shields like these AMZVIO ones; they were impressed. The plastic shield is effectively the same design as what's used after eye-surgery. It's the elastic band that makes this AMZVIO product vastly gentler, easy to use -- just plain better.

Due to recent cataract surgery I had to wear an eye shield for a week. The one I was given immediately after the surgery was taped on. This is so much better because it has the adjustable strap to hold it in place. Much easier to put on and it stays in place ! I purchased the pack of two which includes one for both the left eye and the right eye. Made the experience a lot easier for me.
