How many pads are in the set?

I bought the Basic System with 14 pads and layered it over the Original Fitting System, which has more pads, (17, I think), so I got even more sizes from my form. Works really well.

Are either of the covers for the style of mannequins with legs?

I have a size 6 dress form and only need to add a little bit more around in the waist and booty area? What size pads should I buy, small or medium?
