Delicious but very spicy i learned after the first pack not to add the whole spicy oil pack

Very delicious but use the whole pack of sauce at your own risk. I recommend you add a bit at a time and taste it or it might be so hot you cant eat it. Its easy to make and the noodles have a nice bounce. Sauce is thick so not really a soup.

This carbonara flavor Buldak is my favorite ramen! The noodles are thick and slightly wide so they have such a great chew. They come with a spicy flavor pack of wet seasoning, and a powder pack of buttery cheesy flavor. I would personally say the heat level is maybe a 3 out of 10, but I am a spice seeking person so if you don’t have a high tolerance for heat, this would probably be closer to a 5 or even a 6. The smell of this ramen once it is prepared is DIVINE, and makes my mouth water.Do yourself a favor though… prepare this ramen by making a separate sauce with the flavor packets while you are boiling the noodles! Take about a half cup of cream, milk, or half and half, whatever you have on hand, and heat it in a separate sauce pan. Stir in both flavor packets and let it simmer, keeping an eye on it and stirring occasionally. Then put your noodles into another pot with some water to boil (but time them for a minute less than the instructions). Once the noodles are done, use tongs or a large slotted spoon to transfer the noodles into the sauce and toss them to coat them. If the sauce is a little thick or your liking (keep in mind it will thicken more as it cools), spoon some of the water from the noodles in until you get the texture you want! It absolutely elevates the noodles and will become your favorite new way to eat them, too!

I liked it, very chewy thick noodles, I added butter after boiling them, mixed the cheese in and added a bit of spice, it was yummy.

This is an honest review for someone who can eat some semi-spicy food, but it really isn't my thing. I prefer good flavor over to sweating like crazy. This ramen is pretty tasty and I like it, but even when using about 1/2 the sauce packet, it's still got plenty of kick to make me sweat. If that is what you like, then by all means, this is a good ramen. I Just wish they'd offer a spicy and mild version. I had tried this brand of ramen several years ago but couldn't remember fully how spicy it was until I got this, and it's probably one of the less spicy versions. I'm probably just a wimp, but hey, it's who I am! I'm giving this 4 stars because I'm rounding up. It's a 3.5 for me.

If you're into cheese, this is liquid lasagna in a bag! For me, it's a heavy flavor of white cheddar, much like Simply Doritos if you've had it. I always like to drain all the water so that it ends up being a thick consistency. Personally, adding sardines is the best (and really healthy!). Hopefully one day, Samyang and Amazon will offer all of their flavors at the same cost. They should be close to seven dollars but this one was almost nine. If it's for a treat or special occasion, it's worth it.

Very yummy but only use a speck of the spicy sauce unless you really like spicy stuff because this is SOOO spicy

Hate the flavor. You can hardly taste the cheese powder when you add in the buldak sauce. However, if you get rid of the buldak sauce, the cheese flavor is equivalent to that of the Cheetos Mac n cheese.
