Great item has helped with my dry itchy scalp, and I love the fact it has no scent. A little goes a long way and I have been using for two months and have seen some improvement in my scalp.

Happy to review this because it truly works. I had something scabby going on. My scalp had “hot spots”. I believe it was from well water, but it was filtered so not quite sure. Anyhoo, after about a year of trying to manage my daughter gave me a sample of this shampoo she received from her dermatologist. Well, that was a day of reckoning, and over a course of a month the scabs and problem went away AND has stayed away. So I would give it another star if possible. And it small clean and fresh. I buy the same conditioner too and it immensely helps bring my hair back to shine and smoothness. Two thumbs up. I will do a video and review on my storefront soon. This product was recommended to me by my dermatologist and let me tell you when she said it works for a lot of her patients that is dealing with dandruff and itchy scalp it truly does! I love the smell of it. It feels good in my hair and it lathers so nicely. After washing my hair felt so smooth and soft, it moisturized my hair for sure. Just one washing I see results already and I can’t wait to use it again to see how really effective this product is!

Even my dermatologist could not help much w/ prescriptions for treatment of the dermatitis that I contracted several years ago. I tried the Dercos Dandruff Shampoo and honestly it was the only thing that helped me get rid of my dandruff. I had really bad, unbearable dandruff and an itchy scalp, and nothing I used before had worked. This shampoo changed everything for me. After a few uses I started noticing a big difference, my scalp felt way cleaner and the itching went down a lot. It also helped control the flaking until it was basically gone. What I like most is that I didn’t need to combine it with a bunch of other products, this alone did the job for me. It really saved my scalp. For me, it was exactly what I needed and I would definitely use it again if I ever have that problem in the future.
