Great butter knife! I should have bought it a long time ago. It curls cold butter by sliding the holes across the top, and the knife also slices through the butter easily. I recommend it for everyone who buys real butter.

MOVE ALONG
I read a lot of the reviews for this knife and thought, what the heck! I'll try it out for myself. I have no idea what these reviewers are doing that I am not, but this knife is absolutely worthless!! My fork does a better job! If you watch the manufacturer's video of them showing its use, you can tell that the stick of butter has been softened. Of course, I didn't notice that so much before I bought it. It's not "cold butter" as advertised. I'm one of those people who forgets to take the butter out of the frig a short while before needing it and end up having to microwave the amount I guess I'll need which ends up being melted. UGH! I love my real butter, but hate its non-spreadability! In that respect, I miss my margarine. So, long review, short...if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I do not recommend this knife! Move along...

Does not work as well as they want you to believe. We ended up throwing it away as it was useless.Update: The company actually reached out to me to offer a refund if I wanted. I really appreciated the crate that the company cared enough about 1 small purchase to try and make it right. That says a lot about them.
