We love a little spice in our food. I thought that it would be a great idea to get this super, spicy, flavoring for our food. We are always trying to find a bottle of spice that would give us the kick that we both want. When I found this four different kinds of super hot peppers, too include Arbols, Habanaros, Jalepinos, and for the best ingredient, ghost peppers, I was so excited. It is amazing and is just the right "wowza" that we desire for our foods. This is a fantastic gift to bring to a dinner invitation, along with something that will complement the spices, like Tequila! It's already a great price so bringing something else along with this Flatiron, Four Pepper Blend, is easy.

Delicious pepper! Great quality and taste. Great for cooking with or adding it as a topper. Had it for a few months and still smells and tastes fresh. It's not too hot just the perfect amount of heat!

I went to a pizza joint in Denver and did my normal routine of adorning my pie with 7 - 12 shakes from the red pepper shaker at the table. 95% of the time when I do this, the red pepper flakes might add a tinge of pepper-y flavor, but will not provide any noticeable heat. 4% of the time they might add a little zip, but not enough to really register as "spicy". These fall into a special class of that remaining 1% that I had used enough and it had rendered my pie so spicy that I was sweating and had to dance and jump around a bit like a lunatic to finish the pizza. I learned after the fact that the pizza joint had a batch of these in the shaker and I rushed home to order some for myself. We are on our second or third shaker and couldn't be happier. I don't know if it was that specific batch, or perhaps the pizza joint had a different red pepper flake offering from Flatiron Pepper Co (like the "I Can't Feel My Face" one), but none of the ones we've ordered have been quite as spicy as that first experience. Though, in fairness, I also don't put an absurd number of shakes of pepper on my food like I did on that fateful midsummer afternoon. Highly recommend!

Okay... so this is really good. Very very flavorful but seriously it is too spicy. i've had it in my cupboard for a over a year now and it is just as spicy as the day I got it. I like some spice. but a dash is equal to about a whole bottle of regular red pepper flakes.

I do not usually leave product reviews but I LOVE everything I have gotten from Flatiron Pepper Co. I have been really impressed with their quality and freshness. As soon as I open the lid, the smell hits me and makes my mouth water. From chili to gumbo to tomato sauce, Flatiron Pepper Co has a pepper blend that will take your dish to the next level. I used this blend to make an arrabiata sauce. Great product, highly recommend; I only hope they expand their selection here!!
