It works like creatine should. It dissolves well, doesn't make me nauseous. I will say that due to the HMB, it does have a flavor. Not the most pleasant, but not the worst. I wouldn't purchase this again because I would rather take HMB in capsule form. It does seem like a quality product.

This stuff is bitter tasting. Even in a protein shake. I have tried this brand with the Creatine only and there is NO taste, but this one is very bitter.

No doubt that the creatine and HMB are effective. This product is far from tasteless I’ve have always mixed my straight creatine with just water and it usually goes down fairly tasteless. But this product, and maybe it’s the HMB, taste like an aspirin that’s dissolving in your mouth. Adding it to fruit juices and all their kind of concoctions reduces the flavor, but it still taste bitter.

Dissolves well in just plain water and not much of a taste or aftertaste. Recommended!
