One of the best smart bulbs in this price range
One of the best multicolor smart bulbs I have used in this price range. I mostly use the whites and the brightness is sufficient. The color mode is significantly less bright than the whites. The mobile app, at least on Android is well made and the setup is super easy. I have multiple of them and I never noticed that one of the bulbs was unable to connect to my WiFi as the other bulbs provide a mesh network for bulbs that are not able to connect to the network for some reason. It just works without the need to fiddle with it. I wish they came with support for 5GHz WiFi. Having to split the network every time for setup is a bit annoying but once it's done, I just merged the bands back and the bulbs have always worked. I have noticed that the Google Assistant sometimes forgets to operate 1 out of the many bulbs I have, but a quick nudge from the GE app restores the sync.

so cool! works great with the cync app and google assistant
The color range is good. There's a range of the blue color that has an almost blacklight effect. I've been using the same three regular single color Cync bulbs in the living room for several years, so I'm not worried about longevity, etc. I got these RGB bulbs for two bedrooms.So. Freaking. Cool. The google assistant only understands base colors, so for fine tuning color you need to use the Cync app manually. So far Google has been able to use primary colors, plus teal, purple and pink AND some of the Cync lighting effects (Vegas, party, etc). I still have a lot of testing to do to map out all the capabilities, but sometimes Google Assistant "doesn't understand" a color or effect request - "Ok google, set bedroom 1 to red. Ok Google set bedroom 1 to 50%" "Ok Google, set all lights to 30%" etc, etc.Speaking of the Cync app, setup is ridiculously simple and it updates the devices to the latest firmware when you first setup them up in the app. Integration with Google Assistant (and I'm assuming Alexa) is really simple as well. Also in the Cync app, the "routines" are fabulous. I have the living room lights set to come on at 40% at sunset (as determined by zip code) and go off at midnight. I set the bedroom lights to match the morning alarm times we have setup. The lights will come on to red a minute before my alarm sounds in the morning. (red is the best color, easiest on they eyes, to wake up to. that's science.)I'm really very happy with this purchase at the Prime Day price of $13, but it's easily worth the regular asking price. The only possible way these Cync A19 Smart LED bulbs could be better is if they had a 100W equivalent version, but I am happy with the 60W product.

High quality smart bulb
I gave up on Cync last year because it did not play well with home assistant. The new Matter versions fix this issue. These smart bulbs are better than Hue and other smart bulbs in almost every way, including light quality (higher CRI) and brighter colors. The only potential downside is that they use Wi-Fi.

Automate all the lights in your home!
I'm really impressed with this GE lightbulb's performance. It's been a game-changer for creating the perfect atmosphere in my rooms. I love how I can instantly adjust the lighting levels to fit my mood, whether I want a brightly lit room or a cozy, warm vibe. The fact that I can control everything through my Google app is incredibly convenient. Setting up the automated features has been a breeze, especially for those times when I'm away on vacation or coming home late. The only minor issue I've encountered is that the bulbs sometimes go offline, requiring a manual reset. However, this doesn't happen often and hasn't been a huge inconvenience for me. What I really appreciate is the longevity of these bulbs. I've had one for over three years, and it's still performing as if it were brand new. So much so that I keep buying more for different areas of my home. Overall, despite the occasional glitch, the benefits and reliability of these bulbs make them a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to upgrade their home lighting system.

Very happy with this product
Highly recommend these bulbs. They're very easy to add to Apple Home, and they sync easily (without needing a proprietary hub!). I replaced all of my Hue bulbs with these and have no regrets several months in. The colors are just as bright and customizable, the lights are easier to control, and they have a cool design.

Besides getting it set up, these have been fantastic!
As it seems like a few people also have had issues with, getting these set up took me a couple hours. For some reason my google home recognized them but refused to connect, and the solution ultimately was to turn wifi off on my phone. Not sure if this was a google issue or a Cync issue but it ended up working outConnectivity is good 95% of the time, sometimes when switching colors one or both of my bulbs won't switch and I'll have to click it again, but that is a very minor issue. The bulbs are really responsive and I've never had problems using my google home voice activation to get them to work. Color range is impressive but some of the more extreme presets they have show up a bit weird - for example, "forest green" shows up almost the same as the "lime" color and "Alice blue" shows up as white with a slight pink hue. Another minor issue as most other colors look as expected.Overall it has been a very fun purchase that makes my room much livelier. I'm not a huge fan of top-down lighting so having these in lamps has been so much better than using my ceiling lights, especially when it's dark outside. Wait for these to go on sale as they inevitably will at some point and get yourself a few of them!
