Awesome laptop. Perfect for video editing.

I purchased this laptop here and had an absolute horrible experience. The laptop was pre-loaded with some sort of software (EITS - whatever the hell that is???). After it repeatedly rejecting my microsoft account email address multiple times, I spent hours trying to research the software to figure out a way around it. I requested multiple times some level of support and notta - no email or phone response. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am done with this thing - sending it back for a refund and I will simply go to Best Buy where at least I know I am getting a good quality machine. I needed this laptop for work two weeks ago and now I am back to square one - THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!!!!!

Bad product bad company their product was the worst product i had to get a refund asap. I got a refund and i bought elsewhere. Their product is the worst exp i ever had. Update i bought a second one this one was used. Bye
