This is a really nice cupping set. It was a great price, appears to be of high quality, is made in Korea, and comes with a nice case. My husband uses this often after he gets home from a job that is physically demanding. We are both really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

My back and neck was in excruciating pain as well as pain radiating down my arm. Medication was not helping. I ordered this kit on a whim and after one use I was feeling some relief. I did keep it on for 30 mins which is longer than recommended. I am still in pain but it is now a dull pain and a little more manageable.

I was so excited to receive an additional set of cups as a massage therapist — however these are terrible. They barely hold a suction. 2 stars for the nice case and cord that allows you to cup your own back. Buy cups elsewhere.
