Plus points: It was good while it worked! Good size.Minus points: Broke down within 12 months, getting a replacement was not possible because of the weight! Or that was the excuse we were given...I would never buy this again, definitely don't recommend to others.

We bought this oven to replace a Panasonic that we had for 10+ years, which had lots of auto cook functions, so the auto cook menus on this oven is disappointing by comparison.The main reason for my 3 star rating is the very noisy microwave function {if you don't have a separate kitchen don't buy) and the grill function uses a metal rack which is very low. This can be resolved by using the very useful baking shelf and purchasing an aftermarket wire rack to fit the tray.Bake potatoes came out well on the combination function but timing is a bit of a guess.Manual cooking functions pretty straightforward to use.

Still getting to grips with how fast this oven works but loving how it’s reducing the time to cook everything and costing less. I have an fryer too but this is great for crisping and cooking loads of stuff like pizzas. Looks smart as a replacement for my built in oven. Performs well once you’ve mastered how to use it. As I say it’s still trial and error but mostly successful. Great purchase.

I bought this as an after thought and to be honest I use it more than my oven. Had I known I would have not bought the oven and had extra cupboard space. Its an amazing piece of kit but it really does do everything from microwave to cook. Grill dan oven etc.My builder actually made the housing and the cupboards around it.2024 UPDATEWell here I am and I can honestly say this is still the most used item in my kitchen. Using the various hot plates an items it comes with I can honestly say it’s still five stars. I have expanded to what I cook in it and things like pork steaks and little Rossti potatoes sausages take less time and come out juicy - I use the flat metal, I suppose it’s like a pizza tin most and on the grill/ oven microwave setting it heats up so cooks from both sides.Yes expensive but if you choose this instead of an oven AND microwave ( I live alone but have cooked for four in it) then it’s cost effective.

Stopped working after 17 months

Lovely versatile oven. Unfortunately came with the lid for the steamer missing. Told seller but never received same
