Holy smokes, is this scooter nice. With the removable battery, it is easy to lift into my vehicle. Well-made and powerful with two methods of charging and four speeds for up to 25 miles. Not to mention, the thing plain looks good to. I'm tired of going to the store, and the store-provided carts are either charging, discharged, or will die in the middle of the store. With this baby all those problems go away. One flaw: the basket is too small for picking up more than a few groceries, but I created a solution allowing me to shop until I drop. It is a great mobility cart.

This is a terrific scooter for elderly people. We got it to reduce the effort for my older family member to get around. Works as intended. Three different speeds, reverse, and walking mode and is extremely portable. Keeps a battery charge for a very long time. Navigates small steps, curbs and door thresholds with no problem. Parks against the wall in the house or folds up. Nice pleather seat and traction on the footpad. Basket to hold mail or shopping items. Short turning radius. Lights for low light conditions. Even works for walks in our hilly neighborhood!

I have only had the scooter for 1 day, but so far, I am totally blown away with it. It is my third scooter so I know my way around them. It is very comfortable, extremely powerful, very well manufactured and with amazing built in safety systems. Things may change eventually, but thus far, it is a total love for this device. I highly recommend one for you if you're looking.

Great scooter. Excellent battery life, good speed and range. My only disappointment is that it doesn't fit in the trunk of my car. It just doesn't fold as flat as it could with a little bit more thought put into the design. If you have a minivan, SUV or hatchback, it would be a wonderful purchase for you.

This scooter is absolutely perfect for giving me back the freedom of mobility that I wanted. It easily folds and fits into the small trunk of my car. It's easy to use and holds a charge for a long time. I used it on a cruise and didn't need to recharge it at all that week. We took it out for one long day to test out the milage and it went around 16 miles before it dropped down to one bar. It is quite speedy, causing my children to slow jog if I have it at top speed. For a long trip I do recommend a seat cushion because the seat is a bit hard . Overall this was a great value and is perfect for what I needed.

We’ve have this scooter for 7 months and it has started to fall apart. We only use it MAYBE once a week and the horn button broke and the pull part that lets you fold it up as well has broken and I can no longer fold it. So it’s worthless now because we can only fit it in our car if it is folded. Not happy

Exceptional quality. Folds easily, light weight, long range. I had to replace the controller after the warranty expired. Company sent the replacement immediately along with easy to follow installation instructions. It was very earsy to install, no way to make a mistake. The customer service was excellent. If I was to have a suggestion it would be to make the scooter 6 inches longer for increased legroom. I woould definately recommend this scooter to everyone and I'd purchase it again if needed.

This mobility scooter is exactly the right size for me. It lifts in and out of the hatch back of my car with ease. I fold up the unit, put the front tires on the bumper of the car and lift the rear and roll it forward. When removing it from the car, I pull it out just enough to make the seat go up, then slide it far enough out that the handlebars can be opened up and easily lift it down to the ground. I work on a college campus and the battery life lasts me all week. Only thing I’m sorry that I didn’t get the color and I got a gray one!I would buy this scooter again.
