I got this for my Alienware laptop and it works perfectly. The charger is hefty, but that's expected because of its power output.The charger is also designed with an integrated cable tidy, so when not in use you can wrap the cable around the 'brick' and then the built-in clip prevents it from unravelling. It's a smart looking charger and looks like a premium product. 5*

Straight out of the box, this charger is easy to plug in and use - it's reliable, and charges surprisingly quickly; certainly nearly as quickly as the original charger. It also doesn't overheat even after hours of continuous use, so it doesn't seem like the kind of charger I'll throw away in a few months. The cable is a good length, too.
