This helped the flakiness and redness on the tip of and around the edges of my nose. It is very soothing and the scent is minty/herbal. The most success I've had compared to other things I've tried billed as having similar results.

My husband has had severe redness around his nose and bad flaking and red patches on his head. Multiple dermatologists and SEVERAL prescribed and non prescribed products have not helped what seemed like an untamable skin condition. I found this as our next product to give a go and I. Am. Amazed. Not even a full week passed and my husband has been able to finally go around without feeling self conscious about his head being seen and even better it no longer itches him. It’s been a few months and we still occasionally put some on but not twice a day like we were doing before and it has not come back. His nose redness has reduced significantly, also. On first contact it indeed does sting, but my husband actually said it was okay for him because it felt like it was stinging the problematic parts and felt like it was actually doing something. We loved the efficiency so much that we decided to try a small area of my 5 year old who has SEVERE eczema on his legs and arms. I was a little scared to because he still can’t control his scratching at night and so he gets boo boos from it. But we waited and once it calmed down enough, we tried it and while he did scream and cry about it hurting the first couple times it has literally healed all his rough patches and his skin has been the smoothest it has been since he was 1 years old. It took less than a week of putting the cream on. I literally cried and am still ecstatic he can finally sleep through the night. If any parents have a child who has severe eczema, I know you guys understand. Be cautious putting it on and start slow for little ones, but I have tried multiple things for him and this is better than the prescription stuff! Now I can put it on him without him even making a fuss. (If it seems extreme that he scream and cried with the application the first couple days, my son literally scream and cries because of his eczema alone bothering him so much. It was that bad for him.) Yes, I’m aware not all products may work for everyone, but I think this one is worth a shot if you’re the type who has tried many things to no avail.

I was glad to find this. It worked better than the prescription I received from my Dermatologist. I have used the cream instead because it has helped more with the dryness and itch. Highly recommend.

This product really works! Have been using it on my scalp for some time and have noticed the difference.

Bought this a few times, works well, strong minty feeling, but the last batch I bought also had a smokey smell to it, like if it was jarred by someone smoking cigarettes. Not too bad really, but just not the same as other times i've purchased this item.

Update: my eyes were fine the next morning . It wasn’t so bad on the next application because I knew what to expect and it seems to be healing my eyebrows quickly! I brought my rating up from 2 to 4 stars.Old review- It burns! It burns! Even though I didn’t get it in my eyes, I felt like it was in my eyes! They became immediately inflamed. I have dermatitis on my eyebrow, so that is as close as I got! I even jumped back on Amazon to see if I had actually ordered the face cream! Just tried it for the first time and I thought it was going to burn my skin off the first five minutes. I had to put cold water on a washcloth to pat and soothe my skin. Now it is cooling, but I will let you know in the morning if my eyes can open up. My skin also got as tight as a drum, so it doesn’t feel very moisturized. Smells horrid! Like a hospital antiseptic! I will change my review if I feel better about it in the morning and the next day or two I see amazing results!
