Vintner's Reserve Merlot 10L Wine Kit

I have made at least 20 batches of wine using "Vintner's Reserve" wine kits, including the Merlot. I have never been disappointed. The instructions are clear, and the process is easy (assuming you have the proper equipment). The end result is a high quality wine with excellent clarity and bouquet for a fraction of the cost. (The wine kit makes approximately 30 750ML bottles. This works out to a little more than two dollars a bottle.) The entire process from mixing to bottling takes approximately 6-7 weeks. I have found that the various steps involved don't take more than two to three hours altogether. So, it's a cost and time-effective way of producing great wine. Make sure that you age the wine at least a few months before drinking.
