Damage package
The box was damaged when I received the package. The scope looks ok but dont know until it mounted and used

Great scope
Great gun scope. Mounted this scope on a savage model 93 22 magnum. I tightened the rail on my rifle to 30in/lb, then pushed foward and tightened the rings to the rails at the same 30in/lb. I then placed the scope on, leveled it, then tightened the scope down at 15 in/lb. This is for people who might want to know the proper way to get this scope mounted. I took this set up to the range today and boy… was I impressed! Literally could nail a dime at 25yards, quarter at 50 and a bottle at 100. Very tight grouping and held it’s zero very well. Brand new rifle so I did follow an old trick on breaking in the barrel which helped a lot. To anyone looking to mount a scope on a rim fire rifle, these Simmons scopes are great without breaking the bank.

Scope adjustment all over the place.
Nice looking scope, good price, the problem is you ll waste a lot of extra ammo getting it set correctly if at all. When setting it up and you want 1/2" high at 50 yards so it will be dead on at 100. Say your 1st shot hits 1" high and 1" to left. To correct to the desired spot metioned earlier you would go approx, as per manual 1 click for each 1/4" at 100 yards. So at 50 each click is 1/8 " movement of target spot. The "clicks" are way off. 2 clicks left might move it two inches left and 1 inch higher at the same time with out adjust the up at all. Very time and ammo consoming to get this somewhat zeroed in. I bought two of these and the 1st one was better than the other, but both very off on the click movement when setting scope. Spend a little more and you ll be happier.
