This goes great with any outfit, it really cinches in my waist. The only thing I recommend is to work your way up to it. What I mean by that is, don't go all out on the first day. I wore it from 8am- 6pm. And after I took it of it took me some times to adjust (my breathing and sweating). I would also be careful eating with this ( I mean a big meal or going out to eat at a restaurant.) I recommend for you to go to the restroom and loosen it or take it off before I eat. If you eat with it on... you should loosen it afterwards. I felt like it sped up the digestion of my food as well. Maybe I put it on too tight. I would NOT recommend sleeping in this, it can cause you to not breath properly. If at anytime you feel faint during the day, take it off! And make sure you drink more water (I carried a liter bottle), because you will sweat a lot. I have seen some improvement along my waist. I will also try to combine this product with Sweet Sweat when it arrives; other reviewers said that it worked for them.

A great product I would definitely recommend this. I’ve only used it for a few days and I can see the difference in my stomach already. Anyone looking for a way to lose belly fat should definitely use this product. It’s a quicker way to losing that excessive belly fat on the stomach.

I bought this belt for my son who is slightly obese. This belt helped when he was using the tradmill. Its comfortable to use and suitable for all ages. It keeps your tummy tacked in when doing exercise.

Excellent sizing and fits perfectly. Really does pull the stomach in for support. Well made and very strong velcro to hold in place. Used by husband for muscle support for a medical condition. Would highly recommend for the price!

Not all that great if you have some large love handles, wore it yesterday, kept rolling up: both the bottom and top, which made it useless, might help with those that are not too overweight. Better off investing in a vest with the same material.

The waist trimmer belt it’s brilliant it helps hold you in & support you whilst you’re exercising. Once you have wrapped it around to where you want it, it doesn’t come undone it stays in place perfectly.Brilliant product.

Bought this in Pink and Medium.Seems like a quality product. Worn it a few times whilst exercising and it certainly makes you sweat.Hopefully should start seeing results soon
