Faulty Sound Card?
Product seems to work well with the exception that the onboard audio output stopped working after about 10 days. The trouble shooting help center ( 3 different agents) worked with me for an hour or so but could not solve the problem. The phone help was great and the agents did their best to solve the problem. I was told that I would need to reimage my hard drive which would wipe out all apps and data but I was unwilling to do that.An internet search provided a procedure to reinstall Win 11 version last installed without losing apps or data. I did the reinstall and the sound problem was solved. So onboard audio hardware was not the problem. Other than that hiccup the computer is working well.

Great Purchase!
I installed the computer and was surprised at how well it went in spite of the scant instructions. I have had HP computers before and am very comfortable with them. The Seller was very responsive to my questions and i am more than satisfied with my purchase, delivery and setup.

Delivered without hard drive
I don't believe this! This computer was delivered today in a pretty HP box. I had issues booting this computer so I began trouble shooting. Turns out there is no hard drive! Hopefully HP will correct this issue.

Great Value
Very easy to set up and use, Great value for the price. I would rebuy it.

Speed
So far i love it..it's nice clicking on something and boom...its there..restarts fast and easy. Only down side is no CD or DVD drive but I assume I could add one but asked myself when was then last time I used it on my old computer? Everything is digital now.

Be Careful what you buy.
I bought a "like New" version to save some money. Usually these are really good buys. But this one came with no set up instructions, No wifi, and worst of all No SSD. Had to return. Very upsetting people would probably buy then steal parts then return. But I would think that if the unit was returned it would have actually been inspected to see if all the parts were there before it was labeled "Like New."
