I work from home for an insurance company where the phone system has an auto answer feature, so it was very important to me to have the mute/unmute function easily accessible That’s the one thing I really like about this headset as you just flip the mic up and muted; down to open the mic. I prefer the dual ear headset just because of it allows me to block out any noise around me It’s comfortable to wear. I’m not wanting to just rip it off at the end of the day half the time I forget I’m wearing it. It stays connected to my phone system, which ironically is called Amazon connect. It never loses the connection with the phone system so that’s important. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it Sound quality is excellent. I connected via the dongle versus the Bluetooth option so I can’t speak for the Bluetooth connectivity as I haven’t really used it. I do like how the dongle shows red when the headset is on mute more of a purple color when it’s in a standby status and I believe it’s white when the line is open It’s pretty easy to use so I mean, I don’t think you can go wrong with this headset I waited a few months to post my review because I wanted to use it for a while The battery life is pretty good on it too because I only have to charge it up about once a week after using it for about eight hours a day I also like how when you first turned it on it announces the battery level so I know if I have to quickly charge it before I start my day.

I purchased this after my $200 PolyVoyager headset decided to go swimming. I have tried multiple different wireless headsets and after a few months they have issues connecting to my computer or the mute function starts to have issues. I have had these over 6 months now with not a single issue. The sound is great, however the noise cancellation isn't perfect. I can definitely still hear most of the noise around me, but it does muffle it enough where it isn't very distracting. Super easy to install, no issues with it disconnecting. The battery life is pretty great too. I maybe charge them once every two weeks if that, and they are on for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Time will tell, as other headsets not by Logitech worked, but were cheaply made and fell apart within a year. We'll see after a year of use whether or not the Zone 305 deserves it's four star rating. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that they missed a chance to make the headset more functional by making the right earpiece a button to answer / hangup calls when connected Bluetooth to my phone. The button layout on the left earpiece is not "tactile" enough to easily use. Very frustrating!

Comfortable and light but your own voice sounds muffled

A really good choice for calls I have been using airpods pro 2 before and this is clearly an upgrade due to dongle with it for google meet or teams calls For long calls, it becomes bit tight around ears but generally worth the money for meetings with breaks in between

I'm feeling disappointed because the Bluetooth connection takes a long time to sync with my computer.

Best microphone of any UC headphones

Worst customer service ever. You have to pay return shipping if the item is defective and customer service takes weeks to respond. Horrible experience.
